Welcome to BounZ. By booking a court or using our facilities, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not make a booking or use our venue.
1. Bookings and payment
Court bookings are confirmed only after payment is received. Payment must be made via GCash within the deadline stated at the time of booking (typically within a few hours). Send the total amount to the venue GCash number and follow the instructions to send proof of payment. Your slot is confirmed only after the admin verifies your payment.
2. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are at the discretion of BounZ. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our current policy.
3. Use of facilities
You are responsible for using the courts and equipment in a safe and respectful manner. Follow any posted rules and staff instructions. BounZ is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings, or for injuries that occur during play, except where required by law.
4. Conduct
We expect all guests to treat staff and other players with respect. Abusive, disruptive, or illegal behavior may result in removal from the premises and refusal of future bookings.
5. Accuracy of information
You must provide accurate contact and payment information when booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking or inability to confirm your slot.
